Work included vehicle inspections, failure investigations, diagnostics, report preparation, and opinion formulation for plaintiff and defense counsel. Two depositions and one administrative hearing (sworn testimony) to date per FRCP 26 and Florida Rule 1.280; most matters resolved pre-deposition and/or pre-trial to date.
