Marcisz ("Bill"), is President & Chief Consultant for Strategic Security Management Consulting, Inc., providing litigation support to both Plaintiffs and Defense clients including: Case Review & Assessment, Affidavits, Expert Testimony, Investigations and Forensic Consultation on standards of care and best practices in matters pertaining to Premises Liability, Negligent Security, Security Use of Force, and related Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Hospital/Healthcare Security and Workplace Violence. Trial testimony has aided in attaining Jury Awards up to $13.5 Million.

Mr. Marcisz has 40 years of combined experience in private security and complex litigation. Mr. Marcisz has served as Executive Director of Security and Internal Security Consultant for one of the largest Healthcare Systems in the United States. Security Programs under Bill’s leadership have attained national recognition, including: a Top Ten Ranking in Security Magazine’s Annual "Security 500", recipient of the prestigious IAHSS Lindberg Bell Award, and the ASIS Outstanding Security Performance Award for Distinguished Security Program.

Mr. Marcisz is among the few Security Professionals to have been recognized by his peers in the industry by being selected to receive the ASIS Outstanding Security Performance Award for Security Director.

Bill holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree (BS-Magna Cum Laude) in Criminal Justice from Western Connecticut State University.

Bill is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and Certified Healthcare Protection Associate (CHPA).

Mr. Marcisz is considered one of the nation's leading experts on workplace violence, incidents involving violent crime, and hospital & healthcare security. He has authored several published articles on security administration, leadership, security program effectiveness, and workplace violence.

Mr. Marcisz has been interviewed and quoted as a source for mainstream and television media outlets.
