Introduction

I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with more than 20 years of experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral conditions. My practice focuses on the assessment of traumatic brain injury, chronic pain syndrome, psychological trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, and other conditions that affect cognitive functioning, daily activities, and occupational performance.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Graduate Institute and completed specialized neuropsychological training through programs affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs and UCLA. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in neuropsychological and psychometric testing, utilizing comprehensive assessment methods to evaluate attention, memory, executive functioning, information processing, and other cognitive domains.

Since 1997, I have conducted detailed neuropsychological evaluations to identify and quantify cognitive deficits resulting from injury, illness, or psychological conditions. My work frequently involves correlating objective test findings with functional capacity, activities of daily living, employability, and overall quality of life. This approach allows me to provide meaningful opinions regarding the real-world impact of cognitive and psychological impairments.

As a California Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Agreed Medical Evaluator (AME), I regularly perform independent evaluations in workers’ compensation and medicolegal matters. I am frequently retained in cases involving traumatic brain injury, psychological injury, chronic pain, cognitive impairment, disability, causation, apportionment, and psychiatric impairment. My evaluations incorporate comprehensive record review, clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and evidence-based analysis to produce thorough, objective, and well-supported reports that assist attorneys, insurers, and triers of fact in resolving complex psychological and neurocognitive issues.
