Jack L. Brazil, MS, CSP is a nationally retained construction safety expert witness and OSHA expert witness specializing in OSHA compliance, construction standard of care, and serious injury and fatality (SIF) analysis. He has more than 30 years of experience applying OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926) and ANSI/ASSP consensus standards to evaluate hazard recognition, safety program implementation, and incident causation on complex, multi-employer construction worksites.
Mr. Brazil routinely provides expert witness opinions involving OSHA compliance, OSHA citation defense, construction safety standard of care, and multi-employer worksite responsibilities. His experience includes high-hazard construction operations, including excavation, fall protection, heavy equipment operations, work-zone traffic control, and public protection.
