Introduction

I have over 19 years of law enforcement experience spanning patrol, criminal investigations, specialized tactical operations, and officer training. I bring a comprehensive, real-world perspective to police practices, use-of-force incidents, and body-worn camera evidence. My credentials include Force Science Analyst, Force Science Advanced Body-Worn Camera, and Illinois Master Tactical Patrol Officer certifications, complemented by 14 years as a Special Operations Specialist with the Northern Illinois Police Alarm System (NIPAS) Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Services Team.

As a Training and Recruitment Coordinator and lead instructor, I bring extensive instructional experience in firearms, use of force, body-worn camera operations and evidence, de-escalation, tactical response, and officer decision-making. My qualifications include Body-Worn Camera instructor training, Master TASER Instructor certification, and specialized instruction in less-lethal weapons and tactical operations.

My professional approach emphasizes objective, fact-based analysis grounded in law enforcement training, policies, procedures, and operational realities. I am committed to promoting informed assessments of police actions and evidence-based evaluations.

I accept both plaintiff and defense matters. My opinions follow the evidence, training standards, and policy. I recently launched my consulting practice, and I bring a working practitioner’s perspective to every case.
