Tim Pine has over 35 years of experience in product safety and quality management in the toy and apparel industries, which includes Senior Vice President of Product Safety and Quality Assurance with Hasbro, Inc., Global Director of Apparel Product Integrity with Nike, Inc., and Vice President of Product Integrity with Fisher-Price, Inc.

Mr. Pine is a member of the Toy Industry Association (TIA) Safety Standards & Technical Committee, the ASTM Committee F15.22 on Toy Safety, and the ASTM Committee F15 on Consumer Products. He was a founding member of the National Bureau of Standards committee that established the first comprehensive toy safety standard for the toy industry. He is the author of two books:

A: Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Quantitative Analysis and Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati. Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California. Certified Quality Engineer and also a Certified Reliability Engineer by the American Society for Quality. Certified Product Safety Manager by the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers.
