Mr. Rhodes expertise in Staffing and Recruiting stems from his direct experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Account Manager, Business Developer, and as Executive Management and Owner Operator (President and Chief Operations Officer). Mr. Rhodes serves on the Board of Directors for an Oregon-based Staffing parent company with a portfolio of various staffing companies, each serving specific industries (information technology, engineering, administrative, dental, et al). Mr. Rhodes has earned many accolades over his many years in the industry and has found temporary and permanent positions, directly and indirectly through staff, for over 1000 qualified professionals.
