His site received recognition for excellence in patient enrollment and no deficiencies during FDA audits.

In addition to his clinical and research roles, Dr. Rauchman is a medical-legal consultant and expert witness, providing evaluations, depositions, and trial testimony for cases involving eye trauma, product liability, and TBIs. He has authored multiple articles on ophthalmic manifestations of head injury and collaborated extensively with personal injury attorneys and emergency trauma teams across California. His medical-legal expertise is informed by more than 30 years of trauma panel participation in regional emergency departments.
