Mr. Kelley is an experienced real estate lender, banker and mortgage broker with expertise in loan placement, underwriting, processing, and closings across institutional markets and the private investor, or hard money sector. Since 1994, he has served as Managing Principal of Calinvest OmniCapital, LLC, a California-based investment banking firm that places debt in public markets, commercial finance, project and construction finance, private equity and debt. He has closed more than 76 transactions totaling $950 million ranging from $2 million to $38 million.
Mr. Kelley formed Expert Witness Finance ("EWF") to provide forensic consulting and expert witness services to the legal profession (www.expertwitnessfinance.com). EWF has completed 38 expert witness engagements in Finance since inception.
