
Dr. Seaaira D. Reedy (Alcott), Psy.D., CCHP-MH

Dr. Seaaira D. Reedy is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist with over 15 years of experience in correctional mental health, forensic evaluation, and behavioral health leadership. She currently serves as Vice President of Behavioral Health Services, at Centurion Health, where she oversees behavioral health programming across multiple contracts nationwide. In this role, she provides expert consultation to ensure compliance with national standards, develops and implements behavioral health protocols, supervises clinical operations staff, and represents the organization at national conferences and accreditation reviews.
Dr. Reedy’s leadership at Centurion has included serving as Vice President of Psychological Services, Director of Forensics and Behavioral Health Services, and Director of Forensics, where she developed clinical guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and forensic service delivery protocols. From 2016 to 2021, she was Clinical Director of California’s Conditional Release Program (CONREP) through MHM Services, overseeing operations across 18 counties, managing forensic evaluation teams, and coordinating with the Department of State Hospitals on treatment and reintegration of judicially committed patients. Earlier roles included Community Program Director and Program Director for CONREP and forensic treatment programs at MHM Services and Gateways Hospital, where she provided clinical supervision, forensic evaluations, and expert testimony.
She began her career as a forensic clinician with Gateways Hospital in 2011 and completed her pre-doctoral psychology internship at the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center in 2010–2011, where she conducted competency evaluations, forensic risk assessments, and provided therapy to justice-involved individuals. Additional clinical training included externships with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the Century Regional Detention Facility, and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health’s Women’s Community Reintegration Services.
Dr. Reedy earned her Psy.D. and M.A. in Psychology from Alliant International University in Los Angeles, and her B.A. in Psychology with minors in Law and Criminology from Miami University. She holds licensure in Kansas, Idaho, Illinois, Colorado, and California, and is a Certified Correctional Health Professional – Mental Health.
A recognized national presenter, Dr. Reedy has authored and co-authored publications on trauma, forensic assessment, and correctional mental health, and has delivered extensive training on suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and clinical documentation. She is an active member of the American Correctional Association, National Commission on Correctional Health Care, American Psychological Association, and multiple forensic and psychological associations.
