Richard Rinker is a retired Sergeant of Police with the Los Angeles Police Department, founding member of the LAPD Collision Reconstruction team, and retired Collision Reconstructionist with L.A. Metropolitan Transportation Authority. He currently teaches Collision Investigation classes for U. S. Department of Transportation. He specializes in traffic related felony criminal defense matters, including Watson Murders, Manslaughters and Felony DUI cases.
