Q: Have any of your accreditations ever been investigated, suspended or removed? (if yes, explain)
A: No
Q: On how many occasions have you been retained as an expert?
A: I have been retained as an expert in numerous cases involving accident reconstruction, EDR data retrieval, and crash scene analysis. While I have not maintained a formal count, my services have been requested in both civil and criminal matters across various jurisdictions. Based on my experience, I estimate I have been retained as an expert on more than 50 occasions, providing expert reports, consultations, and courtroom testimony to support legal proceedings.
Q: For what area(s) of expertise have you been retained as an expert?
A: I have been retained as an expert specifically in the area of crash reconstruction, with a primary focus on:
Fatal motor vehicle collisions
Government and law enforcement vehicle crashes
Serious injury collisions involving commercial and private vehicles
My role has involved analyzing physical evidence, vehicle damage, roadway conditions, and Event Data Recorder (EDR) data to reconstruct crash dynamics, determine causation, and provide expert opinions in legal proceedings. These cases have supported both civil and criminal investigations, often involving high-stakes litigation and public sector accountability.
Q: In what percentage of your cases were you retained by the plaintiff?
A: Approximately 60% of my cases have involved being retained by the plaintiff, while the remaining 40% have been on behalf of the defense or other parties. Regardless of the side, my role remains objective — to analyze the evidence, reconstruct the crash, and provide a fact-based expert opinion supported by data.
Q: In what percentage of your cases were you retained by the defendant?
A: Approximately 40% of my cases have involved being retained by the defense. In these matters, I provided independent crash reconstruction analysis, EDR data interpretation, and expert opinions to assist in evaluating claims, identifying contributing factors, and supporting legal defense strategies. My approach remains unbiased, whether retained by the plaintiff or defendant, with conclusions based strictly on physical evidence, scientific principles, and crash data.
Q: On how many occasions have you had your deposition taken?
A: While I have testified in numerous cases and provided expert opinions across a wide range of crash investigations, I have not maintained a formal record of every deposition. However, based on my history in law enforcement and as a crash reconstruction expert, I estimate that I have had my deposition taken on more than 50 occasions, particularly in cases involving serious or fatal motor vehicle collisions, government vehicles, and complex liability assessments.
Q: When was the last time you had your deposition taken?
A: Rule 26 testimony list is available upon request.
Q: On how many occasions have you been qualified by a court to give expert testimony?
A: Rule 26 testimony list is available upon request.
Q: On how many occasions have you testified as an expert in court or before an arbitrator?
A: Rule 26 testimony list is available upon request.
Q: For how many years have you worked with the legal industry as an expert?
A: I have over 10 years of experience in the legal industry as a crash reconstruction expert. During my career in law enforcement, my primary duty was to investigate motor vehicle crashes—many of which involved serious injury or fatal outcomes—and provide expert findings for use in court. In addition to my public service, I operated a private reconstruction practice, which is now formally established as Crodymi LLC, providing expert analysis, EDR data retrieval, animation, and courtroom-ready reporting for attorneys, insurance companies, and investigative agencies.
Q: What services do you offer? (E.g.: consulting, testing, reports, site inspections etc.)
A: I offer a comprehensive range of services in the areas of crash reconstruction, forensic analysis, and data science, including:

Q: What is your hourly rate to consult with an attorney?
A: My hourly rate for attorney consultations typically ranges from $250 to $500, depending on several factors, including the complexity of the case, the urgency of the request, and whether the consultation is conducted in person, via video conference, or by phone.

Urgent or after-hours consultations, on-site meetings, or highly technical reviews (such as EDR interpretation or crash animation walkthroughs) may be billed at the higher end of the range. A formal quote or retainer agreement can be provided once the scope of work is clarified.
Q: What is your hourly rate to review documents?
A: My hourly rate to review documents ranges from $250 to $400, depending on the complexity, volume, and urgency of the materials. This includes reviewing police reports, EDR data files, photographs, medical records, vehicle repair estimates, scene diagrams, and any case-related documentation necessary to support accident reconstruction or expert analysis.

Expedited reviews or those requiring technical data interpretation or detailed reporting may fall at the higher end of the range.
Q: What is your hourly rate to provide deposition testimony?
A: My hourly rate to provide deposition testimony ranges from $350 to $600 per hour, depending on the complexity of the case, the level of preparation required, and whether the deposition is conducted in person or remotely.
