Dr. Qyana Griffith is a board‑certified psychiatrist with broad experience in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, crisis stabilization, and telepsychiatry care. She specializes in complex diagnostic evaluations, continuity of care, and the treatment of mood, anxiety, psychotic, and substance‑related disorders.

She completed her psychiatry residency at the UCLA San Fernando Valley program, serving as Chief Resident for Outpatient Mental Health. She earned her MD and master’s in Molecular Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine, following earlier training at UCSF and UC Irvine.

Her career spans veterans’ psychiatry, county mental health systems, and emergency services, alongside contributions to medical education and publishing. She has served as a question writer and editor for national board review programs, co-founded the Journal of Medical Insight, and conducted research in immunology, infectious disease, neurobiology, and global health across international settings.
