Paul A. Garfinkle, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in medical retina and adult cataract surgery. He has been a key member of Ohio Eye Alliance, Inc. in Alliance, Ohio, since 1999, where he delivers advanced eye care. Dr. Garfinkle earned his Doctor of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College in 1993 and completed his ophthalmology residency at Maryland General Hospital, serving as Chief Resident in 1996-1997. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Ohio State University School of Optometry and a preceptor for Aultman Hospital’s Family Practice Residency. A member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and other professional societies, he has published articles on age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy, contributing to advancements in eye care. Dr. Garfinkle is dedicated to patient care, education, and community service.
