Dr. Pany Robinson is a board-certified family medicine physician with nearly two decades of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients across San Diego County. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Next Phase Clinic, Inc., where her practice emphasizes wellness, preventative medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Robinson has built a distinguished career through long-standing service with Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group, where she currently sees patients at the Rancho Bernardo location.

Dr. Robinson earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine, in 2001. She continued her medical training at UC Irvine School of Medicine, graduating in 2005 with Distinction in Service and induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She then completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center (2005–2008), serving as Chief Resident of Gynecology during her final year.

Since 2008, Dr. Robinson has held clinical and leadership positions across several major health systems, including Scripps Coastal Medical Group, Arch Health Partners, and Penn Elm Medical Group, before joining Sharp Rees-Stealy in 2015. At Sharp, she has served as Associate Chair of the Department of Family Medicine (2021–present), Medical Director of SRS Virtual Care (2023–present), Transformation Lead Physician (2017–2021), and Interim Regional Medical Director for the North Region (2019, 2021). She has also contributed extensively to quality and peer review committees throughout her career.

Her commitment to leadership development includes participation in the Sharp University for Physician Leaders (2018–2020), the Applied Academy of Physician Leaders at Palomar Health (2013–2015), and multiple seminars in medical accountability and organizational strategy.

Dr. Robinson has been consistently recognized for her excellence in patient care, maintaining Press-Ganey patient satisfaction scores above the 97th percentile since 2011. She has been named a San Diego Magazine Top Doctor in 2014, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Robinson has given community presentations on thyroid health, menopause, and breast health awareness. She enjoys traveling, music, cars, and supporting her children’s involvement in youth sports alongside her husband.
