MORRIS FARKAS, Professional Safety Engineer, has 33 years of experience in construction, industrial and electrical safety, with the following credentials: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Science Degree in Safety, Licensed Professional Safety Engineer in California and Teaching College Courses in Accident Prevention, Construction Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health. He is a former OSHA Compliance Safety Engineer.

Since 1980, MORRIS FARKAS has provided expert testimony for attorneys representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in approximately 1100 Depositions and 220 Trials in both State and Federal Courts. He has given expert testimony in California, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
