Introduction

Michael Vredenburgh, M.S., is the Principal Expert at Vantage Forensics, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Factors Engineering, Applied Biomechanics, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Retained in over 100 complex litigation matters nationwide, he applies fundamental physics and validated human-performance metrics to evaluate human-system interactions and accident causation. He maintains a strictly balanced 50/50 Plaintiff/Defense practice with zero Daubert exclusions across 17 recent depositions and trials. His dual-domain expertise spans physical safety—including driver perception-reaction time (PRT), hazard conspicuity, and injury biomechanics—as well as digital environments, evaluating software platform liability, consumer comprehension, and warning adequacy.
