Michael Karl McNeil, REP, RIH, EPP, QSD, is the principal of McNeil Safety Consulting and a former Fire Battalion Chief with twenty-five years in the fire service. He has worked in occupational health and safety since 1989. He serves attorneys as a consulting and testifying expert in workplace injury and fatality matters: machine guarding, lockout/tagout, fall protection, confined space, powered equipment, construction site safety, industrial hygiene exposure and hazardous materials. His work covers Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA standards, site inspection, exposure sampling, document review and written reports. He handles every inspection, sample and report himself; nothing is subcontracted. Based in California and available nationwide across the lower 48 states.
