Dr. Mary Kaiser-Cole is an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic with more than 30 years of patient care and clinic leadership in Southern California. She is licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in California (1994–present) and was previously certified as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) in California. She is currently pursuing reinstatement to resume work in medico-legal evaluations. Her clinical focus includes musculoskeletal assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and clear, thorough documentation, with an emphasis on high-quality outcomes and compassionate, detail-oriented care. 



Since January 1994, Dr. Kaiser-Cole has served as Owner / Doctor of Chiropractic at Back In Balance Health Center in Montrose, California, where she founded and grew a multidisciplinary wellness clinic serving the local community for more than three decades. In this role, she performs comprehensive patient evaluations — including history, examination, orthopedic and neurological testing, and diagnostic imaging review — and treats acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, extremity injuries, and complex spine disorders. She develops individualized treatment plans integrating chiropractic care, functional medicine, and soft-tissue therapies, while maintaining thorough documentation consistent with continuity-of-care and medico-legal standards. In addition to clinical care, she oversees practice operations, staff leadership, financial management, and patient education initiatives. 



In April 2019, Dr. Kaiser-Cole began serving as Lead Doctor of Chiropractic at The Joint Chiropractic in North Hollywood, California. She provides comprehensive evaluations, evidence-based treatment planning, chiropractic adjustments, and patient education to support continuity of care and compliance. During the clinic’s opening year, she helped lead the site to achieve Gold Standard status through excellence in patient care, documentation, and clinical operations.



Dr. Kaiser-Cole earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California (1993). She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at California State University, Los Angeles (1987).
