Experience in connection with several federal, state and county courts, multiple arbitration venues, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in the United States. Experience includes Canadian litigation in Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Have provided testimony in the form of trials, hearings and depositions on more than 70 occasions. Testimony has been provided to support litigation related to matters pertaining to class actions, social media applications, corrective advertising, consumer fraud, false adverting, materiality and intellectual property matters, defamation, misappropriation of likeness, trade secrets and business disputes, including cases related to legal issues associated with Lanham Act, Truth in Lending, Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act, the Food and Drug Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the New Jersey Franchise Practices Act.


His services to law firms has resulted in his providing depositions and written declarations, affidavits, testimony and opinions on cases involving major companies, including Sprint, Coors Brewing, Avis and other important litigation.

He received a B.S. in Economics, Magna cum Laude from New York University with special honors in Economics. He holds an M.B.A. in Industrial Psychology and a Ph.D. in Marketing and Consumer Behavior from the City University of New York.
