I have nearly two decades in Florida's community association management industry (HOA's and Condominium Associations). My recent cases as an Expert Witness have involved personal injury claims, security negligence, animal attacks, shootings, and other matters involving litigation with communities. I have served both for the plaintiffs and the defense side of cases. I am a retired law enforcement officer, military veteran, and an experienced executive manager for communities. Helping legal firms, insurance carriers, frustrated homeowners, and board members by sharing strategies is my specialty.
