John Armstrong is a Principal at Civic CM. He provides epxert witness testimony regarding delays, forensic schedule analysis, damages, cost of repair and standard of care. He also provides contractors and owners CPM scheduling, project controls, risk management and commerical and dispute advisory services. He has worked on more than 170 construction projects totaling over $14 billion in heavy civil, transit, water and wastewater, education, healthcare, data center, industrial, and hospitality construction under design-bid-build, CMAR, design-build, and lease-leaseback delivery. Before joining Civic CM in 2020 he held project and project controls roles at Rider Levett Bucknall, Hensel Phelps, Kitchell, and Kiewit. He holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Purdue University, is a licensed Arizona general contractor, and holds the PMP, CCM, PMI-SP, and PSP credentials.
