Introduction

Ms. Immell has over 25 years of experience in the accident reconstruction field. She has investigated thousands of cases, and her specialties include in-depth analysis across a wide variety of collision types. She can quickly assess most collisions with basic information to provide consultations. Ms. Immell works with clients nationwide, and she can help clients understand the crash, provide technical analysis, written reports, testimony and visual exhibits to convey key aspects to attorneys, experts and juries. She has provided deposition and trial testimony in federal and state courts across the United States.

Ms. Immell is experienced in large interstate “pileups,” tractor-trailer collisions, bus collisions, police involved collisions, low and high severity collisions, motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, pedestrian collisions, nighttime visibility, perception response time, and more. She understands the 30,000-foot view and can dig into the evidence across many sources to provide answers to important questions.

Ms. Immell has participated in testing, analysis, and crash reconstruction for large scale product liability matters including airbag failures, vehicle crashworthiness, car seats, Ford Explorer rollovers, Toyota Sudden Unintended Acceleration (SUA) collisions, and General Motors ignition switch cases. She specializes in technical data analysis from a variety of sources including Toyota Vehicle Control History (VCH) data, Tesla car logs, event data recording data from Airbag Control Modules (ACMs), Engine Control Modules (ECMs), motorcycles, GPS data, and more.
