Her experience in accident reconstruction encompasses large interstate “pileups,” tractor-trailer collisions, bus collisions, police-involved collisions, low- and high-severity collisions, motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, pedestrian collisions, nighttime visibility issues, perception response time, human factors, and more. Ms. Immell can see the big picture while also thoroughly examining evidence from multiple sources to answer essential questions.

Additionally, Ms. Immell has participated in testing, analysis, and crash reconstruction for large-scale product liability matters, including airbag failures, vehicle crashworthiness, car seats, Ford Explorer rollovers, Toyota Sudden Unintended Acceleration (SUA) collisions, and General Motors ignition switch cases. She specializes in technical analysis of data from a variety of sources, including Toyota Vehicle Control History (VCH), Tesla vehicle logs, event data from Airbag Control Modules (ACMs), Engine Control Modules (ECMs), motorcycles, GPS, and more.

Ms. Immell is also certified in remote unmanned aerial vehicle systems and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
