Introduction

Jeffrey R. Ketchum has 30 years of in-depth, real world experience in executive recruiting & compensation. Mr. Ketchum has recruited and designed compensation packages for C-level, VP and Director and Management levels in more than 40 different industries throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. His testimony has been admitted in both Federal and State Courts on matters related to executive earning capacity, employability, job search analysis, reasonable compensation, recruiting and executive assessment & appraisal.
