- A: I have extensive teaching, training, and speaking experience in racial microaggressions, implicit bias, workplace bias, educational equity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and inclusive organizational practices. I have developed and delivered programs including Addressing Microaggressions in Education, Racial Microaggressions in the Workplace, and Microaggressions in the Workplace: Race, Gender, and Sexual Orientation. These programs examine the lived experiences of students and employees of color, racism-related stressors, workplace and educational bias, intergroup relationships, and the effects of microaggressions based on race, gender, sexual orientation, and disability.
My speaking and training engagements have included presentations for the Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums; Indian River School District; Community Action Association of Pennsylvania; Jewish Family Services of Delaware; The PEAL Center; Cinnaminson High School; League of Women Voters of Delaware; Cape Henlopen School District; Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice; Cheltenham School District; Nativity Preparatory School of Wilmington; West Oak Lane Charter School; St. Edmond's Academy; New Jersey Network to Close the Achievement Gaps; St. Elizabeth School; Delaware Valley Consortium for Excellence and Equity; Germantown Friends School; Abington School District; Long Island Consortium for Excellence and Equity; and the Society for Diversity Executives & Professionals. My expert work has included record review, expert reports, rebuttal analysis, deposition testimony, and consulting support in cases involving higher education, private and religious schools, healthcare, municipal employment, corporate employment, retail discrimination, national professional associations, and medical group settings.

Services include case consultation, record review, analysis of pleadings, deposition testimony, personnel records, internal complaints, workplace policies, investigative materials, emails, and organizational communications; preparation of expert reports and rebuttal reports; deposition preparation; deposition testimony; and trial-related expert support. I also assist counsel in determining whether the record reflects isolated interpersonal conflict or broader patterns consistent with microaggressions, implicit bias, discriminatory treatment, exclusionary conduct, or institutional response failures.

The Law Firm will be responsible for arranging and paying for transportation and lodging required for the Expert’s provision of the services described in this Agreement. Where practicable, the Law Firm shall make good-faith and reasonable efforts to notify the Expert of any required travel and to arrange travel at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended departure.
All airline flights arranged by the Law Firm for the Expert shall be direct, non-stop, coach class, where practicable.
