A: No

A: In the last 3 years I have participated in 4 cases as an expert witness, none have gone to trial. Prior to that I had participated in 1 previous court case as a witness and 1 deposition in a civil suit.

A: In all but one instance I was retained by the plaintiff.

Expenses invoiced at cost plus 5%.
Rates are negotiatable depending on the length of the case and the quantities of work involved.
