Introduction

Litigation Cost Management (LCM) provides expert legal fee analysis for both clients and law firms across all areas of civil litigation, including patent and other intellectual property, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, insurance coverage, fee-shifting and common fund cases, fee disputes and other types of litigation where fees are at issue. Gary Greenfield has been a court-appointed Special Master on fee-related issues and has provided written and oral testimony on reasonableness, allocation and appropriateness of attorney fees and expert witness fees on numerous occasions. He has 15 years prior experience in all aspects of complex litigation. He has been a speaker at numerous programs and seminars on legal fee management and analysis.

Litigation Cost Management, founded in 1991, was one of the original attorney's fees analysis and consulting firms in the United States. We combine extensive experience in complex litigation with sophisticated computer analysis and presentation. We have worked with businesses, public agencies, institutions, law firms and courts in our legal and expert fee analyses. Cases have ranged from several hundred thousand to over 50 million dollars.
