Fred Schuster, Principal of FGS Realty Advisors ("FGS"), brings more than 30 years of executive experience in real estate, hospitality, finance, development, asset management, and operations, along with more than 15 years providing expert witness and litigation support services. A licensed CPA and real estate broker, Fred has held C-suite leadership positions with nationally recognized real estate developers and luxury hospitality organizations, giving him a unique ability to combine sophisticated financial analysis with practical, real-world business judgment.
FGS specializes in expert witness and litigation support engagements, assisting attorneys and their clients in analyzing complex real estate, hospitality, financial, and operational disputes. Fred has worked on approximately a dozen litigation matters involving issues such as economic damages, real estate finance, development, asset management, hotel operations, brokerage standards of care, partnership disputes, and commercial real estate transactions. His services include case analysis, expert reports, deposition testimony, mediation, arbitration, and trial support.
