Introduction

Mr. Sundheim is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation. He has been appointed as a valuation expert by judges in California dissolution cases. He has provided testimony before the SEC and has received security clearances from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Mr. Sundheim's courses on valuation have been sold by data providers including Business Valuation Resources and Forbes, and he has presented as a guest lecturer before universities, CPA associations, and bar associations. Mr. Sundheim is based in Campbell, CA and serves clients around the world.
