Introduction

Ed Gray is a Facilities Engineer, Property Management Expert, and Patented Inventor with over 36 years of combined professional experience in marine and shoreside facilities. As an expert at Robson Forensic, Ed applies his expertise to forensic casework involving facilities maintenance, engineering operations, construction, renovation, repair, and New York State Labor Law. The scope of his expertise ranges from large industrial systems and equipment, to small machinery.

Upon earning his Unlimited Chief Engineer license in the U.S. Merchant Marine, Ed went on to apply his skills as a facilities engineer in a variety of environments, including pharmaceutical production facilities, university hospitals, and both public and private school facilities. His responsibilities included the direction and supervision of large staffs of stationary engineers and tradesmen across disciplines, as well as managing site-wide maintenance at schools and Fortune 100 Research & Development facilities with 100+ buildings. His experience also includes property management of private housing units and student dormitory settings.

Ed Gray is a licensed NYC Stationary Engineer, NYC Refrigeration Engineer, and NYC Fire Safety Director. He is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler with a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering (a specialty within the broader field of Mechanical Engineering), and was Commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
