Introduction

Dr. Derron Wilson is a fellowship-trained, board-certified interventional pain management physician with nationally recognized expertise in neuromodulation and medical-legal consulting. He earned his medical degree, anesthesiology residency, and pain medicine fellowship from Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Wilson has two decades of clinical experience and serves on advisory boards for leading neuromodulation device companies including Abbott, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Saluda Medical. He also teaches advanced neuromodulation techniques nationwide as well as internationally.

His clinical focus includes spinal cord stimulation (SCS), dorsal root ganglion (DRG) therapy, and the diagnosis and treatment of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), spinal pain syndromes, and pain-related disability.

As a medical-legal expert, Dr. Wilson provides impartial, evidence-based evaluations for both plaintiff and defense counsel. His services include causation analysis, IME rebuttals, standard of care opinions, and expert witness testimony. He is known for delivering high-quality narrative reports supported by current guidelines and medical literature. Dr. Wilson is available for expert consultation and testimony nationwide.
