A Professor Emeritus and former Department Chair at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Esses provides expert medical review and testimony involving emergency medicine, hospital standards of care, diagnostic errors, acute and time-sensitive conditions, EMTALA compliance, patient safety, and clinical operations. His forensic work combines extensive frontline emergency medicine experience with decades of academic and administrative leadership.
