Mr. Pagliaro is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) with more than 25 years of civilian and military experience in aviation meteorology, operational weather analysis and forecasting, severe local storms, climate and past weather. His mission is to provide an independent, accurate assessment of past weather events pertaining to aviation mishaps, traffic accidents, and storm-related damage, and present the facts to clients for informed decision-making.
