Dr. Fleishman began his career in Mission Viejo, California, where he owned and operated Total Health Chiropractic from 1997 to 2004, serving families and individuals seeking natural, conservative health care. In 2004, he founded Life Force Chiropractic in Allen, Texas, where he continued practicing until 2024, emphasizing neurologically informed chiropractic treatment, preventive care, lifestyle guidance, and patient education as core pillars of his practice.

Dr. Fleishman is skilled in a wide range of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Thompson Technique (Drop-Table), Gonstead-based protocols, Flexion-Distraction, Activator Methods, SOT, Cranial-Sacral techniques, and Upper Cervical procedures.
