Cynthia McDonald, MSPAS, PA-C is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and outpatient medicine. She provides medical-legal consulting and expert witness services focused on physician assistant standards of care, scope of practice, clinical decision-making, diagnostic evaluation, referral appropriateness, and outpatient management.
Ms. McDonald is experienced in comprehensive medical record review, case analysis, chronology development, and formulation of clear, evidence-based medical opinions for malpractice and personal injury litigation. She is comfortable evaluating complex cases involving delayed diagnosis, failure to diagnose, escalation of care, treatment appropriateness, documentation standards, medication management, and provider decision-making within the physician assistant role.
