Mr. Beloy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, professional engineering licensure, and he is a board-certified Diplomate Forensic Engineer by the CESB. His independent research includes off-road vehicle dynamics, vehicle control, and video analysis. He is an active member of industry societies, and he is an experienced expert witness and instructor.
