Introduction

Curtis Beloy, MS, PE is a board-certified forensic engineer specializing in vehicle accident analysis and product defect investigations.

He uses state-of-the-art forensic engineering tools for evidence documentation, photography, photogrammetry, video analysis, EDR recovery, computer simulations, and forensic animations. He produces reliable opinions and descriptive engineering reports.

A lifelong vehicle mechanic and motorcycle racer, he has professional experience in powersports product development, vehicle design evaluations, and crash analysis. His projects have included evaluation of large-scale safety recalls, research on off-road vehicle dynamics, electric vehicle crash analysis, and consulting the US Border Patrol on ATV safety.

Mr. Beloy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering (DFE) by the Council of Engineering & Scientific Specialty Boards.
