Mr. Beloy has 20 years of experience as a full-time forensic engineering consultant. His professional background includes product development, vehicle testing, traffic crash reconstruction, and product liability investigations on powersport vehicles. A native of Northern Minnesota, he has a lifetime of experience with the operation of all types of recreational vehicles, including off-road motorcycles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, ATVs, and side-by-sides. He is a former expert-level motorcycle racer and an experienced vehicle mechanic. He investigates and analyzes incidents involving all types of vehicles, including recreational off-highway equipment, mobility products, and on-road traffic accidents involving cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Mr. Beloy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, professional engineering licensure, and he is a board-certified Forensic Engineer by the CESB. He has teaching experience as an adjunct instructor and teaching assistant. His independent research includes object tracking/ motion capture digital video analysis, off-road vehicle dynamics, and vehicle control. He is an active member in industry societies, and he is an experienced expert witness. He is owner/ Principal Consulting Engineer at 4moto Forensic Vehicle Engineers in Madison, WI and provides services nationwide.
