Accident analysis, mechanical defects, motorcycles and off-highway vehicles: With 20+ years of vehicle engineering and traffic crash reconstruction experience, Mr. Beloy investigates and analyzes incidents involving all types of vehicles- including cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicycles, electric mobility products, and off-road vehicles. His firm is equipped with advanced tools for site and vehicle documentation, forensic video analysis, test development and data collection, and production of demonstrative evidence. He has consulted the legal industry since 2008 and is an experienced expert witness.

Mr. Beloy is a life-long enthusiast of motorcycles, ATVs, and powersport vehicles. He has advanced knowledge and experience evaluating mechanical issues, vehicle design, and crash events. His career has spanned product development at OEM suppliers and design evaluations at a vehicle testing firm. He has evaluated large-scale safety recalls and has researched defects involving vehicle stability (rollover, wobble, weave), controls (throttle, brake, steering), electronic aids (ABS, ESC, MSC), suspension, engine failures, and overall vehicle design. He has consulted product manufacturers, the US Border Patrol on ATV safety, and motocross facilities on track design and maintenance. He is a skilled mechanic with extensive real-world experiences gained during his 25 years of competitive motorcycle racing.

Mr. Beloy is a native of the Midwest and graduated with honors from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a board-certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering (DFE). He is active in several industry societies where he has presented and published research. He has held several teaching roles in his community, including adjunct physics professor and STEM instructor. He provides services nationwide.
