Mr. Lindsay is an expert in construction occupational, health and safety. He specializes in OSHA 29 CFR Part 1926, Title 8 California Code of Regulations and The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer EM 385 1-1 Safety and Health compliance. He has specific experience in Fall Protection, Excavation and Trenching, Confined Spaces, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Motorized Equipment Safety, Work Zone Safety, Arial Lifts, Ladders, Hand and Power Tools and Scaffolding. His mission is to provide an accurate assessment of OSHA construction safety, and facts to clients, to enable them to make informed decisions about their case.
Mr. Lindsay is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP} and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST} in good standing with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP}. With more than 30 years of experience, he has helped attorney's, insurers, and construction companies evaluate whether proper safety measures were in place on jobsites. Having worked with contractors, project managers, superintendents, foremen and workers in the field, he understands both the letter of the OSHA regulations and the realities of applying them in practice. Mr. Lindsay brings this insight to his expert witness work, offering clear explanations to courts, juries and clients about how safety rules apply in real-world construction environment.
