Introduction

I am a Critical Care Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of high‑acuity clinical experience, originally trained in Memphis and licensed to practice across multiple states, including Tennessee, Mississippi, Washington, and currently Montana under a multi‑state license. I continue to practice at the bedside and serve as a Shift Unit Supervisor in a Progressive Care Unit, bringing both hands‑on critical care expertise and lower‑level management experience to my role.

I am certified in Critical Care and deeply familiar with Standards of Nursing Care, Joint Commission requirements, and CMS regulations. My background spans ICU, cardiovascular, and progressive care environments, and I remain actively engaged in direct patient care, clinical decision‑making, and unit operations.

In addition to my clinical practice, I have been a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant since 2010, providing expert review and analysis of medical records, standards of care, and regulatory compliance. My dual perspective as both a current bedside nurse and a medical‑legal consultant allows me to evaluate cases with accuracy, relevance, and a strong understanding of real‑world clinical practice.
