Throughout her career, she was responsible for facility security and operations, inmate supervision and discipline, staffing analysis, investigations, emergency response, policy development, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

As Assistant Deputy Superintendent of the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program, Christine provided multidisciplinary leadership and supervised program managers, clinical and medical staff, security personnel, and contractors. Her experience also includes juvenile detention, maximum security and protective custody populations, and the housing and supervision of federal and ICE inmates.

Christine has extensive experience with correctional facility audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, including ACA, NCCHC, PREA, U.S. Marshals, ICE, DEA, and DPH requirements. Today, she serves as a Correctional Facility Operations Expert with Evidence Solutions, Inc., applying her decades of operational and leadership experience to matters involving correctional facility operations, policies and procedures, inmate supervision, security practices, staffing, use of force, restrictive housing, regulatory compliance, and institutional administration.
