Christine M. Krochko is a Correctional Facility Expert with 32 years of experience in correctional facility administration and operations. Her areas of expertise include Jail Administration, Security Operations, Direct Supervision, Restrictive Housing, Inmate Discipline and Hearings, Use of Force, Cell Extractions, Emergency Medical Incidents, Prison Suicides, Correctional Training, Staffing Analysis, and Correctional Policy and Procedure Development. Christine’s experience spans adult and juvenile detention, as well as the supervision and management of federal and ICE inmate populations.

Christine has occupied leadership roles in correctional facilities for over 25 years. She formerly served as Assistant Deputy Superintendent with the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department, after progressing through numerous operational and leadership positions, including Corrections Officer, Lieutenant, and Captain. Throughout her career, she was responsible for facility security and operations, inmate supervision and discipline, staffing analysis, investigations, emergency response, policy development, and staff training.
As Assistant Deputy Superintendent of the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program, Christine provided multidisciplinary leadership and supervised program managers, clinical and medical staff, security personnel, and contractors. Her experience also includes juvenile detention, maximum security and protective custody populations, and the housing and supervision of federal and ICE inmates.

Christine has extensive experience with correctional facility audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, including ACA, NCCHC, PREA, U.S. Marshals, ICE, DEA, and DPH requirements. Today, she serves as a Correctional Facility Operations Expert with Evidence Solutions, Inc., applying her decades of operational and leadership experience in legal matters in both state and federal courts
