Brett Fink, MD, MBA, is a board‑certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and obesity medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and board‑eligible in Obesity Medicine. Dr. Fink holds active medical licenses in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

His career spans clinical practice, medical leadership, military service, and consulting. He earned his medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine, completed residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, and advanced fellowship training at Boston University Medical Center and the University of Miami. He later added an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business to support his work in healthcare operations and leadership.

Dr. Fink has held surgical and medical director roles, advised in telemedicine and consulting, and served as a Battalion Surgeon during Operation Desert Storm. A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, he has authored numerous publications and book chapters, including The Whole Foot Book.
