A: A 15% retainer based on the maximum estimated hours anticipated for the engagement at the anticipated rate for the type of work requested; or no less than 10 hours at the Consultant’s normal case work (consulting) rate - either option is chosen at Consultant’s discretion - invoiced upon approval of the retention proposal and is required to be paid-in-full prior to Consultant commencing services under the Retention Letter Agreement. This retainer deposit will be credited against the final invoice for the legal matter.

Travel hourly rate: $110 + travel expenses and any other direct costs related to the case will be reimbursed at cost plus a 15% markup to cover administrative fees for time associated with bookkeeping and expense management (this includes reimbursement of any credit card processing fees or other merchant fees associated with Client's chosen method of payment).

The Client shall issue payment within 15 days of receipt of the Consultant's invoice. Invoices will be generated after a major case milestone or monthly, whichever comes first, at Consultant's discretion.
