Dr. Angeli Kapoor is an experienced and licensed general dentist with over 20 years of clinical practice spanning general, cosmetic, and advanced prosthodontic care. She has extensive expertise in diagnostic evaluations, implantology, CT scan interpretation, prosthetic delivery, and comprehensive treatment planning.

Dr. Kapoor earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of the Pacific in 2001 and went on to complete the university’s accelerated three-year honors program in dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2004. She subsequently pursued advanced training through a General Dentistry Residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (2004–2005), where she further refined her skills in comprehensive and complex dental care. In 2012–2013, she completed an Implantology Program at the California Implant Institute in San Diego, adding advanced surgical and prosthetic expertise to her practice.

Her professional career began at Smile Brands and Western Dental in Santa Ana and Westminster, California (2005–2010), where she performed full-scope general dentistry in a high-volume, insurance-based setting. She then served as a general and cosmetic dentist at Crossroads Dental in Irvine (2010–2018), where she provided restorative and cosmetic care, coordinated treatment with billing staff, and developed detailed documentation to ensure accuracy in Medicare and dental claims.

From 2018 to 2023, Dr. Kapoor was Managing Dentist at Global Implant Dentistry in Tustin, California. In this leadership role, she focused on complex implant cases, including All-on-4 full-arch prosthetics. She oversaw CT scan interpretation, prosthetic planning, and delivery, while also training associate doctors in implant protocols and treatment planning. A key component of her role included meticulous review of documentation to ensure compliance with CDT, Medicare, and payer coding standards.

In addition, Dr. Kapoor has over 8 years of experience working on workers’ compensation cases, where she completed all required paperwork and provided comprehensive treatment for injured workers.

Dr. Kapoor maintains an active California dental license and is skilled in digital imaging, CBCT interpretation, and dental practice management software including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. She is also experienced with claims review platforms such as DentalXChange and ClaimConnect.
