Introduction

Dr. Fallot is a triple board-certified physician and retired Army Colonel with over 25 years of combined academic medicine and military service. He serves as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Saint Francis Children's Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He maintains a full time clinical workload caring for the regions’s sickest children, to include patients needing mechanical ventilation, ECMO, or continuous renal replacement therapy (dialysis). He actively teaches residents, nurses, and respiratory therapists.

He completed his undergraduate education at West Point. He then trained at Georgetown (MD), UC Berkeley (MPH), and fellowship-trained in Pediatric Pulmonology at UCSF and Pediatric Critical Care at Seattle Children's / University of Washington. Dr. Fallot has served as Consultant to the Army Surgeon General and has been recognized with the Legion of Merit and two Bronze Stars.

He has served as an expert witness in over 25 cases, provided 6 depositions, and has represented both plaintiff and defense in equal measure.
