Alyssa Blunt, PE is a registered professional engineer with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Her academic studies focused on mechanical design, dynamic modeling, and engineering safety. Alyssa has several years of experience providing consulting and expert witness services involving industrial workplace accidents, products and premises liability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Her experience includes conducting dozens of on-site investigations nationwide, with work involving failure analysis, testing, and evaluation of accident circumstances. 1. WARNINGS & INSTRUCTIONS: Drs. Miller and Lehto wrote the first scholarly book addressing warnings, labels & user manuals. They are possibly the best known active experts in the area. 2. WORKPLACE SAFETY: Dr. Miller wrote or revised many of the original OSHA General Industry (29CFR1910) and Construction (29CFR1926) Standards. 3. AGRICULTURAL AND FARM: We own/operate 1500 acres of ranch/farm and timber land, including a Hydroelectric Plant and Solar Farms which we designed and built. Projects: Tractor and Implement Accidents, Pesticide Application and Exposure including Drone Usage, Toxic Chemical Exposure, Animal Care and Accidents, Harvesting and Tillage Accidents, Barn Hay Storage, and Automated Crop Irrigation Systems through pivots and wheel lines.

4. HUMAN FACTORS AND ERGONOMICS: Dr. Lehto is the author of the widely used college text and reference book "Introduction to Human Factors and Ergonomics for Engineers", in its second edition. The breadth and depth of his expertise is obvious from this scholarly work. Both he and Dr. Miller have taught graduate level courses in this area along with related forensic and consulting activities for private companies.
