As a retired Police Lieutenant with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), William leverages over 26 years of extensive experience in all aspects of policing and criminal investigations. Throughout his distinguished career, he served in several premier specialized units, including Violent Crimes (Robbery/Homicide), Cold Case Homicide, Sexual Assault, the FBI Las Vegas Safe Streets Task Force, Auto Theft, and Property Crimes. William capped his career spending his final six years as the Swing Shift Commander for the Convention Center Area Command, directly overseeing public safety operations for the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip.
Today, William is the CEO of Hawkeye National Consulting. As an elite investigator and law enforcement professional, he delivers comprehensive, evidence-based consulting and litigation support. He provides definitive expert opinions, objective criminal case evaluations, use of force assessments, and critical reviews of policing and investigative best practices.
