Dr. Vipul Kella is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician who has been practicing for 15 years and has served as a medical expert for 10 years. He has reviewed over 100 cases, and spent over 1000 hours on case reviews and issuing reports of medical-legal findings. He is dedicated to providing expertise to clients in a variety of areas, including medical malpractice, personal injury, forensics, disability, and others.

Dr. Kella provides patient care in the Emergency Medicine Department ('Emergency room') at Adventist Healthcare Hospital outside Washington DC.

In 2020, Dr. Kella simultaneously obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Healthcare Administration.

Dr. Kella served as System Chief of Emergency, Pediatric, and Observation Services managing over 110,00 patient visits, overseeing over 40 physicians and 30 PA/Nurse Providers at Frederick Health drove his interest in the policy and management of healthcare institutions, an asset in Standard of Care cases involving institutional healthcare, policy and practices from the top down. Dr. Kella works with both plaintiff and defense.
