Tavish Spargo is a board-certified physician associate in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford Health Care, where he has practiced since 2019. He earned completed his PA education at University of Southern California and trained in trauma/plastic surgery before joining Stanford. His work includes breast reconstruction, body contouring, facial and abdominal wall reconstruction, free flap reconstructions, wound care, lymphedema, and cosmetic surgery. He leads Stanford’s Scar Clinic, organizes Reconstruction Clinic Teaching Rounds, works per diem in Pre-Anesthesia, and volunteers with San Mateo County Search and Rescue. Tavish is an educator and researcher who has co-authored peer-reviewed publications and presented nationally on scar management, telehealth, and reconstructive surgery.
