Dr. Tariq Ali Khan is a board-certified internal medicine physician and aesthetic medicine specialist with more than twenty years of clinical experience spanning hospital medicine, concierge care, and advanced laser and cosmetic procedures. He is the owner and medical director of GentleCare Laser Aesthetics and OC Concierge Doctor in Orange County, California, where he provides comprehensive internal medicine and aesthetic services tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

At GentleCare Laser Aesthetics, Dr. Khan specializes in laser skin rejuvenation, hair and tattoo removal, vein and pigmentation treatments, and male aesthetics including PDO thread lifting. He is also highly experienced in injectables such as botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, as well as body contouring using VASER and SmartLipo technologies. Through OC Concierge Doctor, he delivers personalized, at-home medical care, preoperative consultations, and internal medicine services for select clients.

Since 2018, Dr. Khan has also served as a Ringside Physician for the California State Athletic Commission, ensuring the safety of athletes in professional boxing, MMA, and kickboxing events. His previous hospitalist appointments include roles with Southern California Permanente Medical Group, Chest and Critical Care Consultants at Orange County Global Medical Center, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Group in Massachusetts, where he was active in peer review and quality improvement initiatives. Earlier in his career, he was a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center in affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Khan earned his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, with a minor in Music. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and licensed to practice in California, New York, and Massachusetts.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Khan is an avid musician, percussionist, and sports enthusiast who enjoys travel, golf, basketball, and creative cooking.
