A: No.

A: Mr. Rachlin works for both the plaintiff and the defendant. He is available to discuss your case on a complimentary basis.

A: Mr. Rachlin's primary business is general health care consulting with a specific focus on actuarial issues. Expert witness work makes up a minority of his team's work thus making for a stronger expert. While the team works on several cases per year, Mr. Rachlin personally has been deposed less than six times.

A: Mr. Rachlin has assisted with legal industry expertise since 1998.

A: Mr. Rachlin and the Tampa office of Milliman assist clients nationwide with forensic actuarial work, rate filings, compliance support, reserve projections, valuations, employee benefit analysis and design, mergers and acquisitions, demutualizations, claim cost analysis and pricing, and utilization management programs. Lately we have assisted with Affordable Care Act analysis including accessing the reasonableness of life care plans.
