Introduction

Dr. Capser is an ASA Accredited Professional Statistician (PStat) and a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

He is an expert witness in areas of statistical and reliability methods. His focus is on product and process quality, component and system reliability, warranty, and product risk assessments. Areas of interest include but are not limited to:
